About the position
Managerial position with healthcare corporation headquartered in the Short North area. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p with occasional on-call. Salary commensurate with experience; between $65,000-$85,000 annually. Position is FLSA exempt reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Management of information technology, computer and network systems
- Lead the monitoring, consulting, planning, organization, direction, control and evaluation of the operations of the information system and electronic processing
- Manage IT staff through training and coaching, communicating expectations and appraising performance
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security of network access, backup systems and data
- Act in alignment with needs of company, users and system functionality to contribute to organization policies and goals
- Identify problematic areas and implement timely strategic solutions
- Audit systems and assess outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Analyze data and reporting information from software components to ensure accuracy and optimal performance levels

Requirements:
- BS MIS Degree, BA with emphasis on Information Systems and Technology; or related field with documented experience
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant background; minimum of 3 years
- Excellent working knowledge of technical management, information analysis and hardware/software systems and communication technology
- Expertise in data management and governance
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage projects and prioritize work
- Ability to manage personnel through demonstrated leadership and ethics
- Valid Ohio driver's license, automobile and good driving record are required; and
- Pre-employment criminal background check and drug testing are mandatory
